    We offer flexible scheduling options for both in-person and online tutoring sessions. You can arrange the time and date of online sessions by logging into your account using our booking system. For in-person sessions, please contact us directly to arrange a suitable schedule. Sessions are available on weekdays and weekends, including evenings, to fit your needs.

    You can see the details in our plan section. We offer an introductory one-hour session for $50 to help you get started. Additionally, we provide three main packages for either math or physics: Bright Beginning ($200/month for 4 hours), Scholarly Success ($380/month for 8 hours), and Academic Excellence ($550/month for 12 hours))

    We specialize in high school math and physics from Grades 9 to 12.     Yes, we work with students of all levels, whether they are struggling and at risk of falling behind or excelling and seeking greater challenges. Our tutors tailor their approach to ensure each student receives the support they need to thrive.
  • What is the process for getting started with Mathema Academy, and is there an initial assessment?
    You begin with a complimentary 15-minute consultation and assessment to identify your child's needs, allowing us to create a personalized learning plan tailored to their goals. Additionally, you can opt for a one-hour introductory session for $50 to experience our teaching approach and decide if it suits your child's learning style before committing to a package.
  • What is the cancellation policy for tutoring sessions?
    You can cancel or reschedule your tutoring session up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without penalty. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will be counted as used, and no refund or rescheduling will be offered. For in-person sessions, please call or email us to make changes, while online sessions can be adjusted through our booking system by logging into your account.
