Mathema Academy provides educational tutoring services in math, physics, and related subjects (“Services”). Our Services are provided based on the packages available on the Site. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of our Services at any time without notice.

3. Booking and Payment

- Booking: To book a session, you must follow the instructions on our Site. We reserve the right to accept or refuse any booking request.

- Payment: Payment for Services must be made in accordance with the packages you choose. All prices are listed in Canadian dollars unless otherwise specified. Payments are processed securely via our payment gateway providers.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

- Cancellations: You may cancel a booked session by contacting us directly. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session may not be eligible for a refund.

- Refunds: Refunds will be issued at our discretion, based on the circumstances of the cancellation and our refund policy detailed on the Site.

5. User Responsibilities

By using our Site and Services, you agree:

- To provide accurate, current, and complete information during the booking process.

- To use our Services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms.

- Not to engage in any conduct that could harm Mathema Academy, our tutors, or other users.
